Amethyst
Extra virgin olive oil
The Leccino olive is small and already turns black in October. It can be found in every Italian olive grove and is the very expression of the Italian passion for olive growing. When cultivated here, in Italy's northernmost olive-growing region, it develops a special mildness and light sweetness. Thus, we are able to produce a unique, high-quality interpretation of this most typical Italian olive oil.

Awards
Timelessly noble
While planting our olive trees, we came across a variety of stones that a glacier had brought into Valpolicella valley millions of years ago. With these stones we’ve unearthed the realisation that, through hard work, we could to create something exceptional that would endure and have timeless value for future generations: Granat, Amethyst, Peridot. Born from air and earth, sun, water and the constant changes in our world, our oils bear the names of noble stones. Born from the elements, they have captured light and preserve fleeting moments of happiness within them.
